ACCOMMODATION RATES CONDITIONS:
Rate above is per night per villa;
- Internet rates is net includes 21% Government tax
and service charges
- A maximum of two adults is recommended for each
bedroom in the villa
- 3rd person of child under 12 years old, share with
parent using existing bed at additional US $50 net /
child / night included breakfast. An extra bed is not
recommended in villa for guests convenience.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and
subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for
free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving
on that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of
nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full
nightly rate
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 2-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 3-NIGHTS

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and
other optional extras are at guest's account.
