NOTE:
Villa Azaya is located adjacent to the W Hotel – Seminyak, which is currently partially built.

Owing the close proximity and scale of the site, the project has been intermittently causing some disturbance at Villa Azaya. Unfortunately, we do not have details on the future scheduling or completion of the project. Some periods are likely to cause higher disturbance than others.

Should the construction cause significant disturbance during your stay at Villa Azaya, the management will offer a 15% partial refund on the villa rate.

If you would like to cancel the booking; you may do so without penalty however; we must receive notification in writing at least 61 days prior to the check in date.

All clients accept that if there is construction adjacent to the villa, by accepting the discount, no request for cancellation (less than 61 days prior) or compensation owing to this situation will be entertaine.

Check In and Check Out :
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day; Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stay Requirements :
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• In-villa FIRST DAY breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room); following days breakfast' groceries is on guest' account.
• WiFi Internet access – usage at costumer’s account (prepaid voucher) – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
