• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day,
• Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement; cooking service fee for lunch or dinner is 21% on top of the grocery shopping bill
• In-villa daily breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room)
• Bicycles
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

*) Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
