Accommodation rates is NET per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of :

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa at fruit platter
  
• In villa daily American breakfast (maximum 2 pax per room).
  
• Daily refreshed - fruit basket, refrigerator (2 cans of beers and 6 cans of soft drinks)
  
• Free wireless Internet connection (guest personal laptop is required)
  
• Serviced daily including housekeeping and ground maintenance; in house meals can be ordered by villa staff at nearby restaurants
