Check In and Check Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and
subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for
free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on
that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of
nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly
rate

High Season: 3-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
Accommodation rates is per night per
villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa
and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in
private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon
arrival at the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and
snacks
- Free mineral drinking water for the
duration of stay
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch
and dinner arrangement
- In-villa daily breakfast, afternoon
coffee and tea
- WiFi broadband Internet access from your
own villa – usage charge – personal laptop with broadband
enable is required
- Complimentary use of 1 unit
air-conditioned car with English speaking driver for up to
10 hours a day
- Serviced daily including housekeeping,
meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or
by order - in house menu or menu order selection is
available at the villa
