• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 7-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 10-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is NET per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
  
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) by private car
  
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
  
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
  
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
  
• In villa daily breakfast, afternoon tea coffee
  
• FREE broadband Internet access - personal laptop with broadband enable is required
  
• New Hyundai H-1 12 seaters Car & driver rental including gasoline will be charged for only USD50 per day. Please pre-book the car at time of confirmation to make sure you have the car for the duration of your trip.
  
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
