Note:

• All rates are per night, per villa and subject to 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
• High Season Surcharge: US $30. 00++ (July 15 to Sept 15 and Dec 15 to Jan 10)
• Extra Bed will available upon request at US$ 35 ++ per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast (max. 3 guests per villa)

Check-In and Check-Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Low Season: 1-NIGHT(S)
High Season: 3-NIGHT(S)

Accommodation rates is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Welcome drinks & Fragrant Chilled Towel service upon arrival at the villa
• Free mineral drinking water in dispenser hot & cold tub for the duration of stay
• In-villa lunch and dinner arrangements
• In-villa daily breakfast
• WiFi broadband Internet access from your own villa – usage charge – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
• 24 hours attentive butler service
• Daily complimentary Shuttle Service within Seminyak area (drop-off only)
