SEASON PERIOD:
Normal Season: 8 January-19 July and 8 September-19 December
High Season: 20 July-7 September and 20 December-7 January
High Season surcharge applied is 15%.
NOTE:
- Free extra bed (maximum 1 extra bed per room).
- Maximum capacity for each bedroom is 3 adults.
- Additional person will be charged at USD $55 ++ (including
extra bed and breakfast).
- Children under 6 years old are free, while those of 6 to 12
years are charged at USD 27.50 ++ (including breakfast).
- Free day-use until 18:00 (based on availability).
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject
to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge
if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly
rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

ACCOMMODATION RATES ABOVE IS NET PER NIGHT, PER VILLA (NOT PER
PERSON) AND INCLUSIVE OF:
- 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from
villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned
car
- Welcome drink and chilled towel on arrival
- Stay minimum 3 nights get 1 hour free massage
- Daily breakfast
- Daily afternoon tea at your villa at 15:00 to 17:00
- Colorful flower bath (prior request is required)
- Free mini bar one-time stock (minimally 2 night stay, 4 cans
of soft drinks for One-bedroom Villas and 8 cans of soft drinks
