• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
  
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
  
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
  
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
  
• In-villa FIRST DAY American breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room); following days breakfast can be arranged at guest' account
• Free unlimited use of broadband Internet access from your own villa – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
  
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance, and restaurant order for lunch or dinner.

NOTE:

• A private chef service can be arranged at the expense of the guest.
• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
• Additional Airport transfers can be arranged at additional US$ 25 one-way (maximum 5 passengers including luggage).
• Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
