Accommodation rate conditions:
Rate above is per night per villa;
- Internet rates is net includes 21% Government tax and
service charges
- A maximum of two adults is recommended for each
bedroom in the villa
- 3rd person of child under 12 years old, share with
parent using existing bed at additional US $50 net / child
/ night included breakfast. An extra bed is not
recommended in villa for guests convenience
Check-In and Check-Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and
subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for
free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on
that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of
nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full
nightly rate
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 3-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 5-NIGHTS
Accommodation Internet rates is NET per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
- 21% Government tax and service charges
- Personalized pick up & transfer from Airport to villa
and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in
private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the
villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Flower arrangement in villa
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- Seasonal tropical fresh fruit arrangement in villa
- Complimentary unlimited Internet access in villa
- Daily CHOICE breakfast prepared at your own villa
- Free shuttle service around Seminyak and Kuta areas
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals
preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by
restaurant order; in house menu or menu order selection is
available at the villa.
Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and
other optional extras are at guest's account.
Long Staying Specials – stay minimum 7 (seven)
consecutive nights, receive complimentary voucher for set
menu dinner or 2 (two) hours Balinese Massage based on villa
occupants
*) Latest model 7-seater air-conditioned car with
personal English speaking driver is available for an extra
US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
