* Per room booking - Suites which are not booked will not be accessible and book able to other bookings. All other villa’ facilities, including swimming pool, kitchen, staff services, etc., will be fully available for per bedroom bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 10-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is NET per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
• Broadband Internet access from your own villa – usage charge – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

* Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account

** Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
