CHECK-OUT TIME: BEFORE 12:00 HOURS

  • Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

  • Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

  • Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

ACCOMMODATION RATES IS PER VILLA OR PER BEDROOM BOOKING (NOT PER PERSON), PER NIGHT AND INCLUSIVE OF:

  • Daily breakfast preparation, housekeeping service and ground maintenance
  • Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
  • Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
  • Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
  • Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
  • In-villa daily continental breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room)
  • Free unlimited use of broadband Internet access from your own villa – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
  • Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance, and restaurant order for lunch or dinner.

NOTE:

  1. A private chef service can be arranged at the expense of the guest.

  2. Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.

  3. Additional Airport transfers can be arranged at additional US$ 25 one-way (maximum 5 passengers including luggage).

  4. Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
