NUMBERS IN PARTY AND CHILDREN POLICY:

• The numbers of person occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number of 6 adults
• Children 0 - 1`2 years old is free to stay with parents
• Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to additional charge of US$50++ per person.

Check In and Check Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: after 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: before 12:00 NOON

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Minimum Stay Requirement:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation Rates above is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival
• Daily breakfast
• Fresh fruit & flowers on arrival
• Nightly turndown service
• Complimentary daily newspaper
• Complimentary bottled mineral water / coffee & tea facilities
• Complimentary use of our laptop with WIFI internet connection

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
