Applicable for dates: January 9 – June 30 (excl. Chinese New Year & Easter period) September 16 – December 20

High Season	US$ 875 ++ / night / villa
Applicable for dates: February 1 - February 9, 2011 (Chinese New Year period) April 22 - April 29, 2011 (Easter week period) July 1 – July 31 September 1 – September 15

Peak Season	US$ 1,000 ++ / night / villa
Applicable for dates: August 1 – August 31 December 21 – January 8 (Xmas New Year period)

* Villa rates is per night per villa subject to 15.5% VAT and Service Charge

Check In and Check Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• First morning breakfast served.
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• Free unlimited use WiFi Internet access.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
