NOTES :

• Villa rates subject to an additional 15% government tax and service charge
  
• Extra bed or baby cot available upon request and at extra charge.
  
• Children under 10 years of age are permitted only with advance notice as Villa Mojo must be “child proofed” with much of the breakable décor (glass art, ceramics, pottery, etc) stored for safekeeping prior to guests arrival.

Check In and Check Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: AFTER 14:00 HOURS
CHECK-OUT TIME: BEFORE 12:00 HOURS

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 7-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Cooked Breakfasts and buttler service
• Free WIFI INternet acces from the villa area

*) Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account

** Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
