Check-In and Check-Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and
subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for
free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on
that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of
nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly
rate
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
Accommodation rates is per
night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer
from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private
air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner
arrangement
- In-villa daily breakfast, afternoon Coffee or Tea
- Free unlimited use of broadband WiFi Internet access
from your own villa – personal laptop with broadband enable
is required
- Garland flower (Honeymooner only)
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation
at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in
house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and
other optional extras are at guest's account
