Accommodation rates is NET per villa (not per person) and inclusive of :

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge.
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) by private car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• 'In Villa' daily American breakfast (max. 2 breakfast per room).
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance and night security guards.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
